We’re proud to take possession of the 60 Margaret Street project and begin work in a live environment while site establishment progresses. One of two tower cranes has been successfully installed, marking a significant milestone as works ramp up on this transformative development.

This next-generation Potain MCH 125A luffing crane has been specifically chosen for the dense Sydney CBD environment. Its digital control systems and advanced safety features provide precision for complex lifts while maintaining quieter operation out of respect for the city’s neighbours and businesses.

This project, undertaken in partnership with Ashe Morgan and MEC Global Partners, entails thoughtful enhancements to the existing 1970’s structure, including new retail and commercial podiums, a premier commercial lobby, and six additional levels to the podium. This will result in over 5,000sqm of new premium office space.
