We’re thrilled to announce the kick-off of our latest Sydney CBD project – 60 Margaret Street!
Lipman, working with owner’s AsheMorgan and MEC Global Partners Asia, are excited to commence construction in earnest after an extensive 9-month ECI period. This project transforms a 1970’s podium into a modern, sustainable and mixed-use, premium CBD development.
This project involves enhancements to the retail and commercial podiums including a new premier commercial lobby. Overall, we will be adding six levels to the existing podium totalling 5,000sqm+ of new office space.
