A huge congratulations to long-time team member Garth Lynch on an incredible 30 years of dedicated service with Lipman.
On Friday, team members from across Sydney came together at our Melrose Park High School project to celebrate this remarkable milestone with a dawn BBQ breakfast. It was a special honour to have Garth’s family there to share in the occasion, and great to see his mates on the tools, manning the tongs for the morning cook-up.
In true Lipman style, a larger-than-life cut-out of Garth was even hoisted atop the scaffold, keeping a watchful eye over site safety – just as he always has.
Thank you for a fantastic 30 years, Garth.
