Sails Resort Port Macquarie is an iconic resort located on the Hastings River Port Macquarie. The objective of the Resort upgrade was to restore and improve the facility to the iconic status once held whilst maintaining operations and accommodation provisions in the north, east and western wings.

The refurbishment and expansion comprised of the following;

Reception, foyer, atrium, kitchen, restaurant, function rooms and accommodation in the southern wing (circa 2,100 sqm over three levels). Porte cochere, carpark and landscaping.

In 2020, at the Newcastle Master Builders Association’s Excellence in Construction Awards, the project was the category winner for the Extensions, Refurbishment & Renovations over $6 Million Award.
