An environmentally sustainable venue
The project comprised of the redevelopment of the existing Coffs Harbour Stadium Precinct for Coffs Harbour City Council. The works were undertaken in a two staged programme, firstly the construction of two new grandstands, and ‘The Hub’, a sports venue administration building for stakeholders such as Cricket Australia and the AFL.
Stage 2 was the refurbishment of the existing grandstand bringing the stadium capacity to 3000 seats, including full corporate and media facilities and a public forecourt.
