WIN Stadium, Western Grandstand is a new 5 level grandstand complex providing 6500 seating facility at Wollongong. Lipman constructed the new western grandstand comprising:

• capacity for 6,072 spectator seating;
• 1188m2 GFA of corporate function facilities;
• concession facilities (internal food and
  drink premises) at each level; and associated amenities and back of house facilities.
• construction of two new ticket offices and turnstile entryways;
• provision of 440m2 of ground floor lease areas fronting Harbour Street for future food and drink or commercial business premises; and
• reconfiguration of Harbour Street and
  associated road works and public domain.
