The provision of a new School for Special Purposes. Works included the construction of 4 new single- storey buildings with 8 x Homebases, administration and staff facilities, library, special programs room, multi-purpose centre, bulk storage and associated student services and support spaces, new games court, new COLA, new porte cochere, new access road, carpark and associated site works, services and landscaping.
