Towns Place East is a six level commercial office building with one level of basement car parking.
Architectural features of the building include its Buchtal façade tile system, imported from Germany, and typical office floors constructed to reveal an exposed class one concrete soffit and services.
Lipman also undertook 2 fitouts for two tenancies within the building.
