This project consisted of a state-of-the-art teaching and research facility attached to the St George Public Hospital. This four-storey building comprised an auditorium and theatre, library, laboratories and office facilities. The building entirely encompassed the site which was bounded on three sides by public roads and on the fourth by an adjacent building.

Additionally, the project was directly opposite the St George Public Hospital and St George Private Hospital both of which operated unimpeded throughout the construction period.
