Lipman carried out ECI and construction works for the additions and alterations of an assisted aged care retirement village in Glen Innes for the Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution.

The additions and alterations to RFBI Glen Innes served to increase resident capacity as well as promote better operating efficiency for staff. New outdoor and activity areas were created and adjustments made to existing facilities to improve the quality of life for residents.
