This new 5800sqm facility consists of:
- 120 undercover parking spaces;
- A Police Local Youth Command Office;
- Lobby with Reception and Café space; 8 activity spaces;
- A multi-purpose sports hall, with 3 indoor basketball courts and a viewing gallery;
- A Kidz Care Child Care Centre;
- Meeting rooms, and;
- A Youth Hub.

A first for the area
We were especially excited to have completed this project as it marks a milestone with Lipman moving into a new region for the team. We enjoyed working with, and meeting, the locals in the Riverina Region throughout the course of this project.
