Updgrade of 192 student accommodation rooms (existing), construction of 5 new studio apartments and enclosing an existing Atrium area with a glass and polycarbonate roof. The upgraded Atrium area also includes a new glass and timber games room and overhead bridge linking the two sides of the Atrium. The new floor to the Atrium includes tiles, timber and fire rated glass blocks.
