The project is part of the State Government’s Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) program that will focus on enhancing the quality and mobility of emergency medical care in the regional communities of NSW.
This facility is a new build on the corner of Wakaden and Crossing Streets next to the existing Rural Fire Brigade and included the construction of new offices, administration spaces, medical store, training room, 8 vehicle spots, external hardstand area for staff & operationally help with vehicle movements around the building. The building features a metal clad roof supported by a steel portal frame structure with concrete pavements.
