As the Managing Contractor, Lipman is undertaking the management and supervision of repair, retrofit, and house raising works for 20 dwellings that were damaged during the severe weather and flood events of 2022.

The works will be delivered in two stages. The retrofit component involves upgrading and installing new flood resilient materials throughout the dwellings to improve durability and reduce vulnerability to future events. The house raising component involves elevating each dwelling above the peak flood levels experienced in 2022 to enhance long term flood resilience and provide greater protection for residents.
