Since 1994 Lipman has received industry recognition with 121 Awards.In 2019 we were named best regional builder by the MBA in the Western Region and in the Northern Rivers. In 2024 we were once again named Commercial Builder of the Year at the MBA Northern Region Awards.

Arts Precinct
2020 • $107 MILLION • EDUCATION
The Macquarie University Arts Precinct Project (MUAPP) was a transformational project for the Faculty of Arts that consolidates ten of twelve departments into a precinct that showcases the unique nature and focus of each department.
In 2020, at the Sydney Master Builders Association’s Excellence in Construction Awards, the project was the category winner for the Tertiary Buildings $100m – $200m award.
