The Anglicare Warrina 5 site brings the 4^th project Lipman has delivered at Anglicare’s Castle Hill site consisting of 22 ILUs and two high spec Villas. The 22 ILUs are split across two buildings, both with semi-basement car parking and two suspended levels. Various external works were undertaken including a new access road, external lifts and significant landscaping works to tie into the original blue gum high forest.
