Lipman provided pre construction services to work with the consultant team to bring the design to a point that a Lump Sum price could be achieved to meet the project budget.
The Scope of Works included the strip out of several existing teaching/administration spaces and the full renovation within the heritage listed Edmund Rice Building.
The project included the creation of an outdoor paved courtyard area linked to a new dining room off the existing canteen facility.
Works also included removal, extension and replacement of a structural steel glazed Atrium linking the Computer Science Labs with the Auditorium space in the Mullen’s Building.
The above works were carried out without disruption to the operation and safety of the university community.
