Design finalisation, construction and refurbishment of an existing library including internal demolition and strip out.

Level 1 was refurbished to accommodate new offices, comms room, amenities and entry / common areas.

Level 2 was also refurbished to provide a new commercial kitchen, servery, café, lounge, dry store, cool room, freezer, dish drop, office, amenities and entry / common areas. New metal roofing and façade openings, doors and glazing elements was also provided.
