Classified by the National Trust, this ten-storey building was built in 1913 with brick and sandstone façade. Lipman Pty Ltd refurbished the façade and interior of the building.
The work included the restoration of leadlight windows, sandstone and brick façade as well as interior restorations and modernisation of amenities and services.
