Lipman acquired land at Macquarie Park to develop a 16,000sqm commercial space. Lipman’s development, project, design, construction and leasing management expertise were used to create a 5-Star Green Star, 5.5 Star NABERS as-built-rated office building which was sold to Stockland.
Innovative environmental solutions included rainwater harvesting for irrigation, solar shading controls linked to wind sensors and an astrological clock and low energy lighting and power initiatives. We also achieved environmental objectives by implementing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic innovations.
