Podium Power-Up
The project involves enhancements to the retail podium and commercial lobby. The existing commercial building comprises of 47,00m2 NLA and 3-level retail podium and below ground access to Wynyard Station, basement car park, end of trip facility and loading dock. An additional 4 levels will be added to the existing podium. The works are to be performed in a live CBD environment.
