Works included the design development, documentation and construction of new Special School Facilities comprising:
- Block 1 x 3 Homebases;
- Block 2 x Staff & Library;
- Block 3 x 2 Homebases;
- Protection of the existing landscaping adjacent to the proposed works;
- Demolition/removal/refurbishment to existing structures;
- Installation of the security system to the facilities; and
- Associated site works and services
