PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn & Pottery Barn Kids – totalling 2,500m2

Lipman provided pre construction services to develop a cost plan based on preliminary documentation. An integrated fitout was then carried out over 3 levels of a commercial building incorporating the highest level of finishes to both internal elements and external Shopfronts.

In addition Lipman co-ordinated the delivery and installation of 40 container loads of owner supplied joinery all within the tight programme constraints imposed by a retail development.
