PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The property at 31-37 Kissing Point Road, Turramurra had been used as a nursery for many years. Visits to Rast Nursery was a very popular weekend activity for many north shore residents.

Lipman Properties Pty Ltd bought the site as a redevelopment opportunity and sub-divided the site into five residential lots, one of which included the existing cottage.

Part of the conditions of sub-division was to retain and restore a riparian zone including a natural water course along the western boundary. This included the retention and expansion of the native planting in the zone. The existing cottage was refurbished, the sewer diverted to the perimeter of the site and common services located into easements in the new driveway and to each of the lots.

The site was total returfed and presented for sale to the market.
