ARV Lober Square Stage 3 consists of the Design & Construction of 32 Independent Living Units (ILU) across two new buildings which have been benchmarked on “Building A” from the recently completed Stage 2.
The works also include a significant amount of external works including stormwater infrastructure, extensive landscaping, realignment of Gough Drive and and Early Workds component of the Future Stage 4 site. These works have been successfully negotiated with ARV on the back of our team’s outstanding performance in delivering the previous 2 stages of Lober Square.
