Delivering across NSW and Southern Queensland
Since 2014, Lipman has been successfully contributing to the built environment across regional NSW. We have focussed on improving local communities by providing well designed and executed projects across a wide range of sectors. Our regional expansion strategy has focussed on modest, organic growth based on local people, clients and relationships. Our effort in this respect resulted in Lipman being named best regional builder in both the Western and Northern Rivers region in 2019 by the Master Builders Association.
The regional offices operate as truly local businesses, however capitalise on the mature systems of The Lipman Group. Our regional projects have a particular focus on indigenous employment, trainees and apprentices, and the engagement of local businesses consistently exceeding our targets.
North Coast Region
Our Port Macquarie Office services the region bounded by Newcastle to the south and Coffs Harbour to the north. The Lipman team have strong construction and sub-contracting expertise with most of them having lived and worked in the district before joining Lipman.
The team has established a strong portfolio of successful projects such as the Coffs Central Shopping Centre the significant upgrade of the International Coffs Stadium, and in Port Macquarie the picturesque Sails Resort and Panthers Leagues Club. We are currently constructing the Coffs Harbour Cultural and Civic Space.

Western Region
Our Bathurst Office services the region bounded by the foot of the Blue Mountains to the east, Parkes to the west, Tamworth to the north and Griffith to the south.
The region is managed by Andrew Middleton, Bathurst resident with over 10 years of service with Lipman. The team is made up of experienced construction and administration staff with strong local construction and contractor knowledge and experience.
The Bathurst office has a strong project portfolio, particularly of health infrastructure and aged care projects. They have successfully delivered the Molong Multipurpose Facility, Molong Ambulance Station, Griffith Hospital Early Works, and Opal Aged Care Facility.

Hunter Region
Our Hunter Office services the region as far south as the Central Coast and up to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
The team is made up of experienced construction and administration staff with strong local construction and contractor knowledge and experience.
The Hunter office has recently delivered an innovative 12-week project for Schools Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) at Fern Bay Public School.

Northern Rivers Region
Our Ballina Office (trading as Bennett Constructions) services the region bounded by Coffs Harbour to the south and Brisbane to the north.
Bennett Constructions joined the Lipman Group on 1 January 2017. It has a high reputation spanning over 80 years and three generations.
Bennett is known in the region for their positive culture and exemplary project performance. Bennett project teams have proven themselves in delivering iconic and award-winning projects such as Elements of Byron resort, the QBE Head Office, Molesworth Street commercial building and the Ballina Coast High School.
